Being a teacher for Ravi means being aware of “Who I am and how I am connecting with children and other adults in the community”. He believes that often, children grow up to become a little like the adults they are around - it is important that adults acknowledge this responsibility and ensure that they observe themselves and see how their interactions with children are playing out on a daily basis.
